1 . Criteria for selecting fruits suitable for export:
- Color, shape and size suitable for the target market.
- Ensure that there are no scratches, bruises or visible defects.
- Sort fruits based on weight and size to standardize specifications.
2 . Remove off-specification products:
- Discard infected or unripe fruits.
- Exclude products with high levels of pesticides or contaminants.

6. Separate products, to prevent negative effects such as ethylene emission and its impact on the quality of fruits and vegetables.
7. Commitment to hygiene and sterilization, by sterilizing storage areas to prevent contamination and maintain the highest food safety standards.

Road transportation: We use refrigerated trucks, avoid stacking boxes, and monitor vibrations to minimize spoilage.
Sea transportation: We rely on refrigerated Reefer containers, with continuous temperature and humidity monitoring throughout the voyage.
Air transportation: We provide airtight packaging with temperature control, especially for perishable products.

1 - Conducting quality tests immediately upon arrival, to ensure that the products are safe and free of any damage due to transportation.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Al Hawam Agricultural Crops Trading Company, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers, in full compliance with the highest international standards and the applicable Egyptian laws governing e-commerce and consumer protection.
This policy aims to clearly outline the procedures for returns and exchanges, ensuring customer rights and maintaining transparency in all transactions, as follows:
Return and Exchange Policy Al Hawam for Agricultural Crops Trading
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all products sold through the Al Hawam website, in accordance with:

This policy does not cover products whose specifications have been altered or that have been damaged due to customer misuse.2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
Defective or Non-Conforming Products:
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange if there is visible damage or spoilage upon receipt.
Customers can request a return or exchange if the product does not match the advertised description or specifications.
Customers must notify the support team within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
Fresh Products (Vegetables and Fruits):
Exchange requests are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the description.
Return requests due to change of mind are not accepted, given the perishable nature of the products.
3. Process for Submitting a Request

If Approved:

Exchange: A replacement product will be sent within 72 hours at no additional cost.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
